On April 14 the official presentation of a new University division formed on the basis of Trade and Economic Faculty and Food Technologies Faculty – Institute of Economics, Trade and Technologies of South Ural State University – will be held.
First of all, the presentation is addresses to applicants who choose the Bachelor programs, their parents, and all the students and professors who are eager to learn about new possibilities of two related faculties combined into Institute of Economics, Trade and Technologies.
The presentation starts at 11.00 in room 560 of the University building 2.
Irina Y. Okolnishnikova, Director of Institute, Dean of Trade and Economic Faculty, Doctor of Science (Economics), member of Russian Public Relations Association, member of Marketing Experts Guild of Russia and Russian Marketing Association, will deliver the opening speech in front of the potential bachelors. The Director will tell about new perspectives for the students of a newly formed Institute.
Then the heads of the department (now Institute of Economics, Trade and Technologies comprises 10 departments), leading professors and chiefs of Bachelor programs will also address the meeting. Moreover, in the course of presentation the Faculty representatives will tell about the possibilities to continue education within the Master programs, to take part in the international projects and additional language training.
After the general meeting the guests will see the presentations of graduating departments, exhibition of students’ achievements of Trade and Economic Faculty and Faculty of Food Technologies and have the excursion to laboratories equipped with modern and innovative machines.
